I recently worked with Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage and my experience was average. The process was fairly simple and straightforward. The representatives were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. However, I did feel that the interest rates were slightly higher compared to other lenders. Overall, it was an okay experience.
