I recently booked a trip with Top Travel Costa Rica and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, the customer service could have been better. The tour guide was knowledgeable but didn't seem very enthusiastic. Overall, it was just an average trip.
