I recently worked with a real estate company to find a new home, and my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and had some useful resources for buyers and sellers. However, I found the communication with the agents to be lacking at times. It took longer than expected to get responses to my inquiries, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. The agents were friendly and knowledgeable, but I was hoping for more proactive communication. Overall, the company provided the basic services I needed, but there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and proactive communication.
