I recently tried Jilly's Cupcake Bar and it was an okay experience. The cupcakes were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The staff was polite, although not as friendly as I expected. The ambiance was nice, but a bit crowded. Overall, an average cupcake place, but I've had better cupcakes elsewhere.
