I have been using the Belarusian railway for years, and overall, I am quite satisfied. The service is reliable, and the trains are comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly. However, sometimes there are delays, especially during peak seasons, which can be frustrating. But, it's understandable considering the high demand. Overall, a good experience.
