I have been a customer of Kilumba for a long time now and I must say their products and services are average. The quality of their products is okay, nothing exceptional. The prices are reasonable, but there are better options in the market. The customer service is just average too, sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, I would say Kilumba is an average company.
