I had a very average experience with Twelve transfers. The customer service was alright, but the overall quality of the service was mediocre. I wouldn't say it was bad, but it definitely wasn't great either. The website was easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, the prices were quite high compared to other transfer services I've used in the past. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
