I recently worked with a local interior design firm and was pleased with the level of creativity and attention to detail in their work. The team's ability to understand my vision and incorporate it into the design was impressive. However, I found the communication to be a bit lacking at times, and it occasionally took longer than expected to receive updates or responses to my inquiries. Ultimately, the final result was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and timeliness. Overall, my experience was decent, and I would consider working with them again if they address the communication issues.
