I recently used a service from this company and it was a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of products available. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the communication was a bit impersonal. The product I received was of good quality, but the overall experience left something to be desired. I think with some improvements in their customer service, this company has the potential to be better.
