My recent stay at Acrotel was quite disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs. The room was not as clean as I would have expected, and the amenities were subpar. The website was misleading, and the booking process was confusing. Overall, I would not recommend this company to others.
