I am a regular customer of Centauro cinema and I must say that their service is average. The ticket prices are reasonable and the staff is polite, but the overall experience is just mediocre. The seating arrangement is not very comfortable and the sound quality is not up to the mark. They really need to improve on these aspects to provide a better movie-watching experience.
