I have been a CUSTOMER of Gangplank for a while now and I must say, the experience has been average. The company website gangplank.com.au is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that the customer service could be improved. The response time to queries is quite slow and sometimes it feels like the customer support team is not willing to go the extra mile to assist. The overall experience has been satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement.
