I am so happy that I found Xtend barre®! The instructors are amazing and the workouts are intense but fun. The combination of pilates, dance, and barre exercises really targets all areas of the body. The studio is clean and the staff is friendly. Xtend barre® has definitely become a key part of my fitness routine!
