I recently visited a hotel in Punta Cana, and it was a disappointing experience overall. The room cleanliness was below average, and the staff was not very attentive. The food options were limited and not very impressive. The beach was overcrowded and lacked proper maintenance. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
