I recently moved into a property managed by Akelius and I have to say that I am impressed. The staff has been very helpful and the application process was smooth. The property itself is well-maintained and the location is convenient. I haven't had any major issues so far and any minor maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly. Overall, I am happy with my experience with Akelius so far.
