My experience with Luxor financial group/broker dealer/registered investment adviser experts was mixed. The website, luxorbd.com, is impressive, providing all the necessary information. However, the customer service was below my expectations. The consultants were not proactive and often took a long time to respond to my queries. Overall, it was an average experience.
