I have been a customer of Orlen paliwa sp. z o.o. for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The fuel quality is decent and the prices are reasonable. However, I have had some issues with their customer service in the past. Sometimes it takes them a long time to respond to my queries and their staff don't always seem knowledgeable. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
