I had an average experience with Greater Manchester Skills Support for the Workforce. The website gmskills-support.co.uk was easy to navigate and provided useful information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff did not seem very knowledgeable and were not able to answer my questions adequately. Overall, I would say that the company is just okay.
