I have been a customer of Vietnam Russia Joint Venture Bank for several years now and I must say that their services are simply average. The bank is reliable and secure, but their customer support could definitely be improved. I have had some issues with their online banking system and it took quite a while to get them resolved. Overall, I would rate them as average.
