Xtend barre® is an amazing fitness studio! The classes are tough but rewarding, and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivational. The studio is clean and well-equipped, creating a pleasant workout environment. I have seen significant improvements in my strength and flexibility since joining Xtend barre®. Highly recommended!
