I recently used this service to help my elderly parents with some tasks around the house. The concept seemed promising, and the website was easy to navigate. While she was polite, I expected a more professional approach and better support for my parents. The communication with the company was also a bit frustrating, as it took several attempts to get a response. Ultimately, the service did provide some assistance, but it fell short of my expectations. I hope they improve their training and customer service to provide a more reliable and effective solution for families in need.
