I recently used a construction company to renovate my home and decided to go with Pope Construction after finding their website. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services. I appreciated that they had a portfolio showcasing their previous projects, which helped me evaluate their work before making a decision. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took some time to get a response when I reached out with inquiries, and the communication was not always clear. The work quality was decent but not exceptional. There were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed, and it took longer than expected to have them resolved. While I can't say I had a terrible experience, I also can't say that I was wowed by their services. Overall, an average experience.
