I have been using Diac italia for a while now, and I must say that their service is average. The quality of their products is good, but not outstanding. The website is easy to navigate, and the ordering process is simple. However, I have had some issues with their customer support, as they were not very responsive when I had a problem with a delivery. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
