I had an average experience with Loftbyetab. The website loftstore.com was easy to navigate and had a good variety of products. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I finally did, the answers were not helpful. I expected better from such a well-known company. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
