I recently purchased a home from a home builder and had a mixed experience. While the overall quality of the house was average, I faced a few issues during the process. The communication from the builder's team was satisfactory, but there were delays in completing some of the promised features. Overall, the pricing was competitive, but I expected better attention to detail. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with my purchase.
