I recently joined Xtend barre® and I am loving it so far! The workouts are challenging but fun, and I have already seen improvements in my strength and flexibility. The instructors are knowledgeable and provide helpful modifications. The studio is clean and the staff is friendly. Highly recommend Xtend barre®!
