I've been a fan of Westland distillery for a while now, and I have to say, their whiskies never disappoint. The quality and craftsmanship that goes into each bottle is evident from the first sip. The American Oak expression is particularly impressive. It has a smooth and elegant flavor profile with subtle notes of vanilla and oak. I highly recommend giving it a try!
