I recently went through the process of seeking help for a loved one at this facility. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing a clear understanding of the services offered. However, the actual experience with the staff and the intake process fell short of expectations. The communication was somewhat disorganized, and we didn't feel fully informed about what to expect. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, but the overall impression was of a lack of personalized attention. It seemed like the staff were stretched thin and unable to give each client the attention they needed. While I appreciate the effort and dedication of the team, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and individualized care.
