I had a mixed experience with Treksavvy. While I appreciate their effort in providing a seamless booking process, I encountered some issues during my trip. The customer service team was responsive and tried to resolve the problems promptly. However, I expected better coordination and organization from a reputed company like Treksavvy. Overall, my experience was average, but I hope they can improve their services in the future.
