I recently used the services of this logistics company for a shipment, and I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to track my shipment without any issues. However, the customer service could have been more responsive and helpful when I had some queries. The delivery of my items was within the expected time frame, so that was a positive aspect. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and customer support.
