I have mixed feelings about Kaftor. While their website is easy to use and they have a good selection of products, I had some issues with my recent order. The item I received was not as described, and it took a while to get a response from customer service. However, they eventually resolved the issue and offered a refund. Overall, it was a bit frustrating but they made it right in the end.
