I recently purchased a pendant from this company. The product was average in terms of quality and design. The customer service was helpful in resolving an issue I had with the shipping, but the response time was a bit slow. The package arrived on time and was well-packaged. However, I feel that the pricing was a bit higher compared to similar items on the market. Overall, my experience was decent, but I think there is room for improvement especially in the pricing and customer service response time. I appreciated the variety of products they offer, but I hope they can work on enhancing the value for the price. 😊
