I recently purchased a truck from this company and overall, I had a fairly decent experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of trucks to choose from. 🚚 However, I did encounter some issues with the delivery process as it took longer than expected. 🕒 Additionally, the customer service could have been more attentive as I felt like my questions weren't always fully addressed. On a positive note, the quality of the truck itself was satisfactory and met my needs. In conclusion, it was an average experience – nothing exceptional, but also no major disappointments. If they can improve their communication and delivery timelines, it could definitely enhance the overall customer experience.
