I recently purchased some products from the company and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products available. However, the customer service could be improved. I had some difficulty getting in touch with a representative, and the response time was slower than expected. Additionally, the shipping took longer than anticipated. The products themselves were of decent quality, but I felt that the overall experience could have been better. I would consider purchasing from them again if there were improvements in their customer service and shipping process.
