The Pennsylvania public transportation association (ppta) is an average company. Their services are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The buses are usually on time, but sometimes they can be late, causing inconvenience for passengers. The drivers are generally friendly and helpful. However, there have been instances where they were rude and unprofessional. Overall, I would say that the company provides an average level of service.
