As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with Jefferson council on aging has been average. The services provided by them are satisfactory but there is room for improvement. The staff members are polite and helpful. However, I feel that the organization could benefit from better coordination between different departments. Overall, I would rate them as average.
