I recently purchased some products from Sales Development Associates, Inc. and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the quality of the products was good, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took a long time to get answers to my questions. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
