I had an average experience with Grupo turiprojecto. The customer service was decent but the overall quality of the service could've been better. I felt that there were some areas where they could improve. The website was easy to navigate and the information provided was helpful, but I expected more. The tour guide was knowledgeable but lacked enthusiasm. Overall, I would rate the experience as average.
