I had a pretty bad experience with Alam Flora Sdn Bhd. The waste pickup was delayed on multiple occasions, causing the garbage to pile up. I had to reach out to their customer service several times to get the issue resolved. It was quite frustrating. However, they eventually sorted out the problem, but the inconvenience caused was unacceptable.
