I had a mixed experience with It briefcase. The overall service was average. The website was easy to navigate, but I found the information provided to be lacking in some areas. Their customer support was helpful but took a bit longer to respond than I would have liked. Overall, it's an okay company, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
