I am a CUSTOMER and I must say, Global Media Group (GMG) is average at best. Their website globalmediagroup.com is not very user-friendly and it's difficult to navigate through. The information is not presented clearly and it feels overwhelming. However, their customer service is quite good and they respond promptly to queries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
