I recently participated in a sail training program organized by an organization. The experience was overall satisfactory. The trainers were knowledgeable and approachable, and they provided briefings and guidance before each session. The program was well-executed, and I gained a basic understanding of sailing. However, I feel that there could have been more hands-on practical training. Nonetheless, it was a worthwhile experience.
