I had an average experience with Avant media. The website avant.lk is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the overall service to be just average. The response time from their customer support team was not very prompt, and I had to wait longer than expected to get my queries answered. I hope they can improve their customer service to provide a better experience.
