I recently used the services of a transport company for my package delivery needs. The experience was overall satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement. The company was prompt in delivering my package, but there was a lack of communication regarding the exact time of delivery. However, the package arrived undamaged, and the delivery person was courteous. So, I would rate their service as average.
