I have utilized the services of ICIRR and I must acknowledge that they are doing a satisfactory job. They offer assistance to immigrants and refugees in various facets of their lives. I appreciate their commitment to promoting the rights and welfare of this vulnerable population. However, I believe there is still room for improvement in terms of the efficiency of their operations. Overall, I would rate ICIRR as average.
