I recently purchased some hose fittings from their website and was fairly pleased with the ease of navigation and variety of products available. However, the shipping process took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. On a positive note, the quality of the fittings was good and it met my requirements. 🛠️ Despite the delayed delivery, the customer service was helpful in providing me with an update on my order status. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. I appreciate the product quality, but improvements on the delivery time would definitely enhance the overall experience.
