I recently used this company for some signage needs. The process of ordering was fairly straightforward, and the website was easy to navigate. However, I found the communication about the status of my order to be lacking. I had to reach out multiple times before receiving updates. When the signage did arrive, the quality was decent, but not exceptional. 🤔 Overall, the experience was average. I appreciate the convenience of ordering online, but improvement in the communication and possibly the quality of the final product would make the experience better.
