I recently used their services for a mortgage and found the experience to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had helpful resources, but the overall communication and support from their team were lacking. I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on my application, and the process felt a bit disorganized. 🏠 Despite the average experience, I did appreciate their willingness to work with me and their ability to offer competitive rates. If they could improve their communication and provide more proactive support, it would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
