I had a mixed experience with New Penguins. While their selection of penguin-themed products is impressive, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow, and when I did get a response, it felt robotic and unhelpful. However, the quality of the products I received was good overall. So, it's a bit of a mixed bag, but I would say my experience with New Penguins was more on the positive side.
