I have been a customer of Khsaa for several years now and I must say, their services are average. I expected more from a company with such a reputation. The website is easy to navigate and find the information I need. However, the customer support could be more responsive. There have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response to my query. Overall, decent but not outstanding.
